>Hi DMC
Yes, we will continue to have special promos, however, at the current rate of S$400 a xback, most farms are already bleeding blood。 Take for example, after deducting a small $100 profit for the petshop and another 7% GST for the Government,Welcome DFI as AFT Partner we are only left with $2XX per fish, far worst than a quality Ranchu or a bigger Red tail catfish 。。。

So it is not surprising that some farms that we know of are already in the reds since last September (more than one year now), so how long can this low arowana key last? And how low should xback prices fall to? I am very keen to know, too。

Nevertheless,Aquatic would like to thank your forumers for the support of locally bred arowanas。 Cheers!

Mrs Goh In the economy now, everything has gone down, most of the consumers have tighten their budget, especially on hobby。 In business theres up and down, you have your glory years back and you should have prepared for the situation like this to come by。

Singapore is a small market, think you knew it years before, not open for public purchases and viewing, and for now how much can we support locally? You should venture to provide after sales market business, so far i have not seem any arowana farm welcoming hobbyists, gate closed not for public, if you provides ponds for hobbyists to keep their aros which brand under your farm, think most of them will take consideration of your aro。

A lot of hobbyists have quite a numbers of aros, there are so much place for them to keep at home, farm in sg not many and looking for ponds will be difficult too, so if there is a nice place with security and for members to keep their beloved fishes, theyll happily join。

Just my suggestion and hope you dont mind。 Cheers lady boss
