Why my pleco and Cory dying one by one?

Hi pals, I had recently decomm my Aros。。 It was heart breaking but I got a spinal injury that refrain me fr taking care of them。 Another 5ft tank will be relocated to my patents place。
Sadly, my lx n corydoras that are house in a 3ft started dying one after another。 So far I had lost 2 lx and 4-5 corydoras。 This happened after I bought some corydoras。 I did added into the tank without any quarantine。 Could this be the reason。 I started losing the Cory before 2 of my lx went up lorry。 I added methylene blue to preclude white spots。 There isnt any white spot that I can see but all fishes died with red lesion on their body。 Whats this? Water temp is maintaining at 31 degree Celsius and I had wc 15% Yest。
Is there any diagnosis or what should I do next besides monitoring。。
Thanks。。

how long have u been keeping the batch of lx and cories? hows the water parameters like?
when u added the new cories, did u just pour in the water in the bag?
>Hey isaac。。 Lx i have kept for about 6 months plus。。 Cory - just bought。 Water, constant ph 7。0。 0 ammonia, 0 nitrate and nitrite。 Wc once a week。 Cory conditioned then introduced。 Just weird。 Tetras also dying。 Is water too hot? like 31? temp high cos i tot of raise to prevent ich。。 dosed methyl blue too
>Hi, hope all is well with you and take good care of your injuries。
I suggest the following。。。。
1。 Do a 80% water change,
2。 Add activated carbon into your tank after you dechlorinate your tank。
3。 Wash your filter compartment。
4。 Rinse your filter media and sun them dry。
I suspect more on chemical toxic。

I had experiences long time ago when all water parameters was correct that fishes end up dying mysteriously。 Thinking of what changes I did recently or what could be the possible cause。。。 its seems to me during that time that my canister filter was leaking something into water。 I did what i suggested above and change the canister filter。 The fish stop dying and got better。 The active carbon was meant to absorbed the remain toxins after the major change。
Hence in addition to the above post, also consider changing your powerhead or any motor that is soaked in water。
>I also suspect is sudo sand。。 Packet said its prewashed but I did soak for 10
Mins before adding。。 Thanks Johnny and issac。 I will act as recommended。。

one further question! was was leaking from the powerhead or any other underwater motors?
